1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the heibaji platform, you will be deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are consistent with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and the rules set out herein may be amended at any time. In the event of changes, we will endeavor to notify you via the platform. However, if you continue to use the platform after any changes, you will be automatically considered to have accepted the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Eligibility & Registration
You must be 18 years of age or older to register with heibaji. Opening or operating an account by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated without prior notice. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Creating an account with false or misleading information will be considered a violation of the Terms & Conditions. Each user may operate only one account, and creating multiple accounts is expressly prohibited.
3. Account Management
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You should not share your login credentials, password, or personal details with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. heibaji will never ask for your password via email or phone, so treat any such request as fraudulent. Users will be held personally liable for any misuse of their account.
4. Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activities on the platform must be conducted within the defined rules and limits. Each game or betting event has its own specific rules, which must be read carefully before participating. heibaji reserves the right to void or re-evaluate any bets that were inadvertently settled due to a technical error or system failure. If fraud, manipulation, or abnormal betting patterns are detected, the associated account will be suspended immediately. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and must comply with the applicable minimum and maximum limits. 7. Account Closure

However, balances may be forfeited in cases where an account is closed due to a Terms & Conditions violation or fraud. 8. Limitation of Liability
